Question: How long does production take?

Answer: Production typically takes 1-2 business days.


Question: It's been more than 2 days and my order still hasn’t shipped. Why?

Answer: Our team values family time and doesn't work on weekends. So, if you placed your order after 3 PM EST on Friday or anytime on Saturday, it will be processed and shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday.


Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer:

  • For US orders: Shipping takes 3-5 business days. However, about 90% of our packages are delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
  • For Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days
  • For the rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Question: I made a mistake with my order info, how do I correct it?


Answer:
Please email us at support@jovelry.com within 3 hours of placing your order while it's still in the production stage. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.


Question: How do I cancel an order?


Answer:
At Jovelry, we process and ship orders quickly. Therefore, cancellations can only be made within 3 hours after the order is placed. To cancel, please email support@jovelry.com or send us a message via our contact page.


Question: I tried to call +1 (415) 799-9626 but couldn’t get through.


Answer:
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you need assistance outside these hours, please email support@jovelry.com, and we’ll respond within 12 hours.


Question: My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.


Answer:
Please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your mailbox or delivery location.
  2. Sometimes, orders are delivered 1-2 days after the marked delivery date, so we ask for your patience.
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for a more detailed status update.
